Nitrogen Modulation System

Our Nitrogen Modulation System Provides Nitrogen Usage Savings and Repeatable Selection from Stored Recipes

We are partners with SMC to provide our customers with Nitrogen usage reduction, nitrogen flow accuracy, and selectable L/Min recipes for repeatability.  

This system is designed to provide monetary savings in using less Nitrogen and reducing Quality Assurance Nitrogen checks. We have proved a nitrogen savings for one snack food company in the amount of approximately $3,800.00/year on (1) machine (QA Checks not included in savings).  Actual savings is based on how often your bagger stops during production hours and bagger type and location.  


NOTE: The sound in the video is the modulation valve modulating nitrogen to maintain setpoint accuracy.
