Hayssen Galil Controls Upgrade
- For your Hayssen stepper controls, let us do your conversion. Replace those obsolete controls with a Rockwell Automation servo control package!
- The package comes equipped with a 5069 CompactLogix PLC, a 10-inch Panelview +7 HMI, and (3) 5300 Kinetix servo controllers & motors.
- Many of the components are off-the-shelf. You can purchase these parts directly from your local Rockwell distributer. No need to purchase from the OEM at an additional cost!
- Our upgrade prices are very reasonable, so give us a call for a quote.
Hayssen Bagger Rebuilt and Sold
- We recently performed a complete rebuild on a Hayssen Ultima VFFS packaging machine.
- This machine comes with a Rockwell Automation 5069 PLC, a 10" Panelview+ 7 HMI, (3) Kinetix 5300 Servo Controllers & Motors, 6420 Video-jet Dataflex Thermal Transfer Printer, and many components to complete the package.
- This machine can operate at 100 empty bags per minute. Bagger speeds will vary based on product type and bag size.
- All mechanical components, bearings, bushings, heaters, etc., were replaced and tested for proper installation and operation.

SLC-500 Control Systems Upgrade
- Ease your mind and allow us to perform your obsolete SLC-500 Controls upgrade at a reasonable price.
- We have already performed several upgrades for the snack food industry. One was for a Fanuc Robot conveyor system consisting of a SLC-5/05 PLC, (13) I/O Modules, (20) conveyors, (2) Datalogic scanners and (2) Panelview+ 7 HMIs.
